SALT’s mission is to challenge the church to greatness by equipping, inspiring, and connecting the creative & technical communities of the local church. On this platform, we’re building a supportive learning community where everyone can grow, share knowledge, and connect with fellow learners in a respectful environment.

Expected Behavior

Be Respectful

• Treat all community members with kindness and respect
• Welcome newcomers and help them feel included
• Disagree constructively and focus on ideas, not personal attacks
• Use appropriate language suitable for a professional learning environment

Stay On Topic

• Keep comments and discussions related to the lesson content
• Use relevant subject lines and tags when available
• Search existing discussions before posting duplicate questions
• Share resources and insights that benefit the learning community

Be Helpful

• Provide constructive feedback and helpful answers
• Share your expertise and experience when relevant
• Ask thoughtful questions that promote deeper learning
• Acknowledge and thank community members who help you

Prohibited Behavior

Content Violations

• No spam or self-promotion – Don’t use the platform primarily to promote your own products or services
• No inappropriate content – Keep discussions professional and educational
• No harassment – Don’t target, intimidate, or repeatedly contact other users
• No hate speech – Content that discriminates against or attacks individuals or groups is not allowed

Technical Violations

• No impersonation – Don’t pretend to be someone else or create fake accounts
• No system abuse – Don’t attempt to hack, spam, or disrupt the platform
• No copyright infringement – Only share content on public channels that you have permission to use

Consequences

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

1. Warning – First offense for minor violations
2. Temporary suspension – Repeated violations or moderate offenses
3. Permanent ban – Serious violations or continued problematic behavior
