Who is SALT Community for? SALT Community is a comprehensive learning resource designed for church teams, creatives, and ministry professionals. It includes conference replays, studio series, roundtables, gear guides, and more with specialized training content for production techs, graphic designers, videographers, audio engineers, communication leaders, and more.
Is there a free trial? Yes! We offer a 30-day free trial for Basic and Premium memberships so you can explore to see if it’s the right fit for you.

How often is new content added? We regularly update our content library with fresh training materials and helpful videos alongside a regular feed of conference and SALT community news.
Can I access content on any device? Yes, our video library is accessible on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices with an internet connection. While there is not a mobile app available for download, the website is designed to be mobile-friendly.
Do you offer team training tools? Yes, Premium membership includes specialized team training tools, called Programs, designed to help you equip and develop your entire church team. Utilize the SALT Community learning library to curate training programs for your team, and bring in outside resources
Account & Billing
How do I cancel my membership? You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
What is your refund policy? We do not offer refunds after the 30-day trial period ends. We encourage you to fully explore the library during your free trial to ensure it meets your needs.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership? Yes, you can change your membership level at any time. Changes will take effect at your next billing cycle.
