										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In his keynote “Taking the Time to Tune,” Mike Donehey uses the metaphor of a symphony to remind church creatives and leaders that ministry is meant to be lived and led in harmony, not isolation. Just as an orchestra’s brilliance depends on every instrument being tuned and playing in rhythm with others, the church thrives when its people work together toward unity, not uniformity. Drawing from Ephesians 4–5, Mike challenges leaders to view collaboration and reconciliation as sacred acts of worship—where every role, every gift, and every story contributes to the greater song God is writing through His Church.</p>
